help me understand resistance training, I have read the wiki twice

Question Clean Column ×8 Slow Clap ×1

Right, the protein question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 10 data points over 8 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 31, not week 80. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 28 weeks to accept.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in Germany.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
