prior authorization. That is the whole post, but I will justify it. Everything else people worry about in c/dosinglogs is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort prior authorization out first, and almost nobody does. I say this having got it wrong…

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 15–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Denied for prior auth, resubmitted with external review documentation, approved on appeal. The criteria exist, you just have to meet them.

  2. Redact member ids and group numbers from every screenshot.
  3. Do not suggest misrepresenting a diagnosis. That is fraud and it gets you banned.
