am I the only one who found EMS harder than the injections

Lane Report Receipts ×4

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 5mg to 1.7mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 5 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have reflux I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 27 reads it before doing the same thing.

Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.

WXT France to France: 16 days with WXT shipping, 36 days with customs. No drama.

Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.

Adding to this: carrier is doing more work than the comment implies.

Customs held the package for 5 days. No problems, just time. Factor it into expectations.

Not to be pedantic but transit time and carrier are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

packaging quality matters on the 4-hour segments

About c/intlshipping

Shipping-lane intelligence: origin to destination, carrier, quoted versus actual transit, packaging quality and reship outcomes. The community lane table lives here. Tracking numbers are removed on sight because they identify both ends of the shipment.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
