[Lab] four vendors, same compound, same week, one test each

Lab Receipts ×7

Medutest. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/orforglipron is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort Medutest out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 8 months. My hs-CRP was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

The VendorInvestigate result at 95.1% was below the 94.2% claim. GL Biochem retested at their cost and came back 95.1%. Logged as resolved.

the 95.1% result confirmed the vendor claim, that is the signal

testing the vendor claim versus testing your actual vial are two different posts

inter-lab variance is real, 15 points is inside normal

Yeah, the VendorInvestigate number matching the claim is the actual signal.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Which Medutest service and what method did they use?

Strongly agree. Below-spec results matter as much as good ones.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

reship and retest is the honest way to handle a low result

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

multiple batches from QSC show a spread, that is the data

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
