no group-buy recruitment, discussing how they fail is fine

Which is why we make people post the whole page. Half the value of this community is in the fields people crop out.

And that is the best possible outcome of this thread. Logging it on the source page — asked for batch-specific documentation, supplied in hours.

Cross-posting this into the c/coa wiki as a worked example of "fields nobody asks for". Good post.

Also using this to repeat the ask: when you post a COA, post the whole page. Water content is at the bottom of most documents and it is the first thing a crop removes.

Flair changed to Question, which is what this is. Leaving everything else — this is a textbook version of the post this community exists for.

Template complete, batch present, method present. This is what the flair requirement is for. Nothing to do here except say thank you.

It is something else wearing a COA's clothes, and I say that without any implication about the vendor — plenty of decent suppliers send out documents like this because nobody has ever pushed back.

The four load-bearing fields are batch, date, method, and what was measured. Remove batch and the document cannot be tied to any physical material. Remove date and you cannot tell whether it predates your vial. At that point you have a statement about a compound in general, which is a specification, not a result.

Ask them for the batch-specific document. It is a completely normal request and how they answer it is informative.

Removed for turning a chromatography post into a vendor accusation. The data does not support that and the author was careful specifically to avoid it.

Adding this to the c/coa wiki alongside the area% explainer. The two together answer most of what arrives in the modqueue as "is this good".

Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

Crossposting this to c/glp1muscle because the people who need it are not reading this community.

Adding to this: VendorInvestigate is doing more work than the comment implies.
