Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 0.25mg to 10mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 18 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have reflux I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 39 reads it before doing the same thing.

my ApoB moved before the scale did and i nearly missed it
Lost 35kg and gained a genuinely irritating amount of interest in analytical chemistry. This site did that to me.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 10 weeks to accept.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Small correction: the trial was 23 weeks, not 38. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
