[Question] how do you actually verify food noise

Question Clean Column ×5 Well Actually ×1 Receipts ×3

Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.

I have been tracking 2.4mg against ApoB for 19 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.

Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.

tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Stalled at 10mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 18. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.

Lost 16kg and gained a genuinely irritating amount of interest in analytical chemistry. This site did that to me.

nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

How long were you at 12.5mg before you moved up?

This is what I tell everyone in c/newbiequestions and they never believe me until week 57.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 56 weeks to accept.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

stalled at 0.5mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway

Did you test the vial you received or are we going off the vendor COA?

Mechanistically the bit that matters is weekly dosing. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

What colour is the pen? Wegovy and Ozempic use different formulations.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
