[Results] 67 weeks, 36kg, and plateau was the hard part
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom. I have been tracking semaglutide against eGFR for 3 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here. Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one…
Week 49 for me and the honest summary is: 35kg down, fatigue manageable, and the quiet happened around week 18.
titration speed is weekly dosing plus side effects, period
the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to
week 71 on the pen, 29kg down, this is the answer
week 65 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder
Did you time the injection consistently each week or was it more ad hoc?
Hard agree. Week 77 me needed this. Week 25 me is nodding smugly.
Cosigning. The slow route gets the outcome, the fast route gets you the side effects.
week 80 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
titration speed is food noise plus side effects, period
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
my eGFR moved before the scale did and i nearly missed it
