[PSA] food noise is not what most of this community thinks it is
Been lurking in c/dosinglogs for about 10 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 79, 2.4mg, and titration is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 25 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 73.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

Strongly agree. If it is not working at 1.0mg after 74 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.

Not to be pedantic but Ozempic and semaglutide are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
