what would you tell week-1 you about titration

Discussion Clean Column ×3 Cold Box ×2

Been lurking in c/survodutide for about 21 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 2, 1.7mg, and food noise is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 17 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 8.

The thing nobody prepared me for was that the appetite does not come back for a long time after you stop.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Hard agree. Week 5 me needed this. Week 54 me is nodding smugly.

Hard agree.

Adding to this: food noise is doing more work than the comment implies.

pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price

Is that purity or net peptide content? They are not the same number.

the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Lost 10kg and gained a genuinely irritating amount of interest in analytical chemistry. This site did that to me.
