what changed for me between week 75 and week 23
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 5mg to 1.7mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 20 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have injection-site soreness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 33 reads it before doing the same thing.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
the reflux passes. i promise. not medical advice.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
The sulphur burps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 69 me did not think I would make it to week 20.
Did the sulphur burps start before or after the dose increase?
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
Same experience. Week 28 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 71 is worth checking
The fatigue was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 55 me did not think I would make it to week 9.
IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?

Same experience.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 62 weeks to accept.
This is correct. The nausea is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

My injection-site soreness was worst at 2.4mg and better at 5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.

week 88 and the muscle cramps is finally getting better
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
