Confession thread, sort of. I went from 0.5mg to 12.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 22 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway. So now I have muscle…

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with hypoglycaemia, not with what you concluded.

Came off after 42 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.3. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
