stalled for 7 weeks at 10mg and I refuse to panic this time
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking PeptideMeter against ApoB for 5 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with PeptideMeter, not with what you concluded.
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
order date, product, and what was tested. that is the template.
Mechanistically the bit that matters is testing. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
positive and negative reports both need the same evidence standard
Small correction: the trial was 18 weeks, not 40. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
This order history matches mine almost exactly. Same vendor, same timeframe, same result.
