How many weeks in are you? 5 weeks is noise, 12 weeks is a trend.
comment on [Discussion] the plateau advice in here is 15 years out of date in c/semaglutide · 7 points · 11 months ago
the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to
Adding to this: food noise is doing more work than the comment implies.

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
comment on [Results] 67 weeks, 36kg, and plateau was the hard part in c/semaglutide · 1.1k points · 1 year ago
Yeah, 44 weeks on 1.7mg, same pattern, same timing.
comment on [Results] 67 weeks, 36kg, and plateau was the hard part in c/semaglutide · -26 points · 1 year ago
Week 39 for me and the honest summary is: 9kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and the quiet happened around week 24.
comment on reading nausea threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/sideeffects · 38 points · 1 year ago
IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse in c/researchpeptides · 18 points · 1 year ago
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
comment on [Vendor] KP vs BCH on the same compound, same month, one test each in c/semaglutide · 1 points · 1 year ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether plateau is why in c/semaglutide · 1 points · 1 year ago
the injection-site soreness passes. i promise. not medical advice.

How many weeks in are you? 6 weeks is noise, 24 weeks is a trend.

comment on week 76 check-in — 46kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/sideeffects · 3 points · 1 year ago
Same experience. Week 49 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
comment on metformin: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/t2dglp1 · 52 points · 1 year ago
The reflux was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about plateau until somebody posts a number in c/semaglutide · 34 points · 1 year ago
pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
