the 17 province variation is real
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about area percent in c/coa · -9 points · 1 year ago
This is the correct framing. The COA structure matters as much as the number.

a round-robin on baseline integration would be genuinely useful
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #17 — France, 33 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/glp1eu · 11 points · 1 year ago
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #14 — France, 7 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/sideeffects · 227 points · 1 year ago
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 51 is worth checking

week 96 and the fatigue is finally getting better
comment on [PSA] chromatogram is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/hplc · 3 points · 1 year ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points.
Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

What was the column and what gradient?
comment on prescription is the most under-discussed thing in c/coa in c/glp1eu · 24 points · 1 year ago
pharmacy stock varies by country and season
comment on [Question] Ireland — has anyone got a straight answer on method development in c/hplc · 1 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Largest single impurity tells a different story than total purity.
comment on [Question] Ireland — has anyone got a straight answer on method development in c/hplc · 15 points · 1 year ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on stalled for 8 weeks at 5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/hplc · -31 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on stalled for 8 weeks at 5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/hplc · 5 points · 1 year ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on reading batch threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/coa · 1.1k points · 1 year ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 23–5.
Adding to this: water content is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on nobody warned me about fatigue and I would have liked the warning in c/sideeffects · 12 points · 1 year ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is fatigue. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
comment on stalled for 24 weeks at 7.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/hplc · 47 points · 2 years ago
state the method: column, gradient, detection wavelength, injection volume
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify concentration in c/reconstitution · 1 points · 2 years ago
Is that 15mg vial or 5mg?
