comment on what does titration actually mean in c/newbiequestions · 0 points · 3 days ago

The first time question took me three weeks to understand. Wiki explained it eventually.

comment on [Management] the only three things that helped my constipation, ranked in c/sideeffects · 8 points · 4 days ago

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

comment on i stopped eating at 70% full and the vomiting stopped entirely in c/sideeffects · -11 points · 5 days ago

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

comment on [Question] declared value — does under-declaring help or hurt in c/customs · 0 points · 7 days ago

no advice on evading inspection or misdeclaring

comment on [PeptideMeter] QSC tirz — 97.1%, second sample from the same batch in c/labresults · 5 points · 14 days ago

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on [Paper] ATTAIN-1 — an oral pill with no food restrictions is a bigger deal than the % suggests in c/trialwatch · 57 points · 17 days ago

the 20 week readout is different from the 14 week readout

comment on [Results] two years, weight stable within 3kg, dose at a quarter of peak in c/maintenancephase · -7 points · 20 days ago

Yeah, maintenance is the boring part and the important part.

comment on [Below Spec] 88% is not "basically fine" and i am tired of that reply in c/labresults · 38 points · 22 days ago

This result fits the template perfectly. Logged.

comment on stretching to 10 days instead of 7 — anyone doing this long term in c/maintenancephase · 75 points · 23 days ago

The plateau is real and boring. 42 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.

reading this at 2am on my 81th week. thank you.

comment on genuine question about SURMOUNT that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/trialwatch · 14 points · 29 days ago

STEP, SURMOUNT, SURPASS, SELECT, FLOW, TRIUMPH — read the appendix

comment on [Results] 57 weeks, 36kg, and gallbladder was the hard part in c/sideeffects · 36 points · 1 months ago

IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this

permalink

comment on why does nobody talk about hazard ratio in c/trialwatch · 6 points · 1 months ago

Strongly agree. Phase 2 is investigational, not conclusive.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on [PeptideMeter] ERP tirz 15mg — 98.4% and a very clean trace in c/labresults · 4 points · 1 months ago

the VendorInvestigate and PeptideMeter results differ by 3 points, both inside inter-lab variance

comment on anyone else notice gallbladder kicking in around week 39 in c/sideeffects · 4 points · 1 months ago

constipation is real, boring, and fixable

comment on France: nausea, and what it actually costs here in c/sideeffects · 22 points · 1 months ago

Small correction: the trial was 9 weeks, not 20.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 13 weeks to accept.

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.
