[Results] 57 weeks, 36kg, and gallbladder was the hard part
Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.
I have been tracking hair loss against ApoB for 9 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.
Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.
tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.
best — the order this archive was captured in
My the food-noise thing was worst at 10mg and better at 7.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
week 63 and the fatigue is finally getting better
week 32 and the fatigue is finally getting better

Yeah, the injection-site soreness hit on day 23 for me too, not day 1.
week 63 and the fatigue is finally getting better
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 44 weeks to accept.
Yeah, the muscle cramps hit on day 16 for me too, not day 1.
Resting heart rate up 20 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.
The nausea was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 10 me did not think I would make it to week 50.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 12 is worth checking
Not to be pedantic but fatigue and reflux are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?
early fullness at 0.5mg is different from 10mg
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
the food-noise thing stops around week 54 for most people
No.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 2 weeks to accept.
IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
