Ferritin tanked from 14 to 19. Small appetite, reduced iron intake, nobody was testing it until I asked.

The SURMOUNT readouts are real but less consistent than STEP. Some people plateau earlier on tirz.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is Zepbound. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
