comment on switched from 2.5mg to 10mg and the early fullness got better, not worse in c/retatrutide · 292 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.
comment on [PSA] heart rate is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/sideeffects · 125 points · 1 year ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 4–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on [Question] Australia — has anyone got a straight answer on interval stretching in c/tapering · 1 points · 1 year ago
the regain is treatment of chronic condition ending, not failure
comment on [Discussion] LC-MS is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/hplc · 77 points · 1 year ago
integration decision on a shoulder changes your number by half a point on its own
comment on Spain: LC-MS, and what it actually costs here in c/hplc · 30 points · 1 year ago
the gradient is doing the separation work, not the column alone

My sulphur burps was worst at 10mg and better at 7.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.

My constipation was worst at 2.4mg and better at 0.5mg, which makes no sense but it is real.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on tried interval stretching for 17 weeks. here is what happened. in c/tapering · 52 points · 1 year ago
coming off deliberately, not by accident
comment on the gradient question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/hplc · 2 points · 1 year ago
two labs, two different baselines, two different purity numbers, both honest
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify purity in c/hplc · 92 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Largest single impurity tells a different story than total purity.
comment on tried interval stretching for 15 weeks. here is what happened. in c/tapering · 8 points · 1 year ago
say how long you were on and at what dose before taper
Adding to this: tapering is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on [Results] 16 weeks on 1.7mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/glp1muscle · 64 points · 1 year ago
FFMI tracking requires body composition
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about gradient in c/hplc · 363 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify LC-MS in c/hplc · 11 points · 2 years ago
Small correction: the trial was 5 weeks, not 34. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on 14 months in and jurisdiction is still the thing I get wrong in c/customs · 1 points · 2 years ago
Small correction: the trial was 17 weeks, not 4. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on heart rate: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/sideeffects · 354 points · 2 years ago
Same experience. Week 61 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
comment on triple agonist: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/retatrutide · 4 points · 2 years ago
heart rate and dose escalation need actual measurements, not impressions
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the fatigue got better, not worse in c/retatrutide · 76 points · 2 years ago
I am going to push back on this slightly.
