Strongly agree. No question is dumb here.

state how long you have been at maintenance, week 21 is not maintenance

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
comment on [Question] Ireland — has anyone got a straight answer on API source in c/compounding · 51 points · 1 year ago
API source questions are on-topic and compounders dodging them is newsworthy
Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 96.8% on the same vial is normal.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Which state? Rules vary.

Same experience. Week 92 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

early fullness at 1.7mg is different from 0.25mg

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.6. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Strongly agree. Lowest effective dose is a real discovery process.

Yeah, rodent data does not scale to humans.
comment on stalled for 4 weeks at 2.4mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/sideeffects · 494 points · 1 year ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
