comment on the regain question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/maintenancephase · -5 points · 9 months ago
The plateau is real and boring. 91 weeks at the same weight, then movement again. Patience was the intervention.

regain after taper is expected, plan for it
comment on tried interval stretching for 2 weeks. here is what happened. in c/tapering · 3 points · 9 months ago
the 22 week discontinuation arm is the data
Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

the regain is treatment of chronic condition ending, not failure
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 36 weeks to accept.

comment on reading confirmations threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 11 months ago
Sceptical.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 73 weeks to accept.

Did you stretch the dose interval?
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring discontinuation at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tapering · 30 points · 12 months ago
How many weeks between the two measurements?
comment on my ALT moved and I cannot work out whether escrow is why in c/cryptopay · 421 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on [Results] 32 weeks, 45kg, and regain was the hard part in c/tapering · 6 points · 1 year ago
Not to be pedantic but discontinuation and tapering are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on 18 months in and private prescription is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1uk · 315 points · 1 year ago
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about chargeback until somebody posts a number in c/cryptopay · 26 points · 1 year ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on MHRA: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/glp1uk · 22 points · 1 year ago
price posts need the date — UK pricing moves monthly
comment on MHRA: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/glp1uk · 28 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [Results] 11 weeks on 7.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/tapering · 21 points · 1 year ago
say how long you were on and at what dose before taper

Which country?
Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.
comment on [Vendor] QST order #15 — Spain, 37 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/maintenancephase · 3 points · 1 year ago
Regain on a taper is expected. 5% back over 6 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.
