comment on the packaging thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/coldchain · 7 points · 4 months ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on [Question] the UK — has anyone got a straight answer on ATTAIN in c/orforglipron · 21 points · 5 months ago

u-100 syringe, not u-40, or your math is off by factor of 23
comment on am I the only one who found reconstitution harder than the injections in c/reconstitution · 20 points · 6 months ago
Not to be pedantic but concentration and mg/mL are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
comment on the packaging question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/coldchain · 4 points · 7 months ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 5–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

customs clearance often breaks the cold chain, factor that in
comment on is it normal to get constipation at week 95 in c/reconstitution · 51 points · 8 months ago
Two vials, two different concentrations, forgot which was which, almost made a 23 times error. Now I label everything.

comment on bacteriostatic water vs mg/mL — genuinely asking which matters more in c/reconstitution · 46 points · 9 months ago

comment on someone explain small molecule to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/orforglipron · 19 points · 9 months ago
Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?
comment on unpopular opinion: pricing is massively overrated in c/glp1uk · 442 points · 9 months ago
pharmacy stock is tier 3, check before traveling
Disagree on that part. 99.0% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
comment on help me understand seizure, I have read the wiki twice in c/customs · 35 points · 9 months ago
the seizure status depends on what happens at the border
comment on [Results] 41 weeks on 15mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/coldchain · 20 points · 10 months ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on mg/mL: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/reconstitution · 114 points · 10 months ago
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify insulin syringe in c/reconstitution · 42 points · 12 months ago
Crossposting this to c/semaglutide because the people who need it are not reading this community.
comment on [Discussion] the ice pack advice in here is 10 years out of date in c/coldchain · 49 points · 1 year ago
Do you have the logger trace?
comment on someone explain seizure to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/customs · 5 points · 1 year ago
personal-import allowances differ by country

Peak temperature and how long at that temperature?
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify stability in c/coldchain · 133 points · 1 year ago
Logger trace from my shipment: 19 hours at 23°C. Powder tested 98.3% against 98.4% claim. Tolerates more than the box implies.
