comment on week 31 check-in — 32kg down, nausea manageable, one thing confusing me in c/glp1muscle · 10 points · 1 months ago

I am going to push back on this slightly.

chromatogram or it did not happen

Are you looking at area% or net peptide content? Different numbers.

dead space is real and the syringe matters

comment on three years of baseline labs threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/bloodwork · 17 points · 2 months ago

Yeah, baseline matters more than any later number.

This is correct. ApoB is the better marker.

Baseline eGFR: 98.3. Week 77: 98.0. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.

baseline is the most important ferritin measurement, you cannot collect it later

comment on bloodwork — my 15-week log, condensed into one table in c/bloodwork · 32 points · 4 months ago

Small correction: the trial was 10 weeks, not 8. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

comment on help me understand purity, I have read the wiki twice in c/coa · 34 points · 4 months ago

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

comment on what would you tell week-1 you about TRIUMPH in c/retatrutide · 48 points · 4 months ago

nobody should be giving this to anyone without extensive monitoring

Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

comment on genuine question about sarcopenia that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/glp1muscle · 116 points · 4 months ago

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes.

Disagree on that part. 99.3% and 93.7% on the same vial is normal.

A1c moves slowly, quarterly is plenty

Strongly agree. ALT is where you catch the liver story early.

eGFR noise on rapid loss is real. 20 week noise, 19 week trend. Do not panic at week 48.

Tracking number removed.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 24 weeks to accept.
