comment on [Results] 16 weeks on 15mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/semaglutide · 41 points · 1 year ago

the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to

comment on [Question] how do you actually verify ranking in c/meta · 2 points · 1 year ago

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Strongly agree. Cycle changes are documented.

How many weeks between the two measurements?

comment on [Vendor] KP vs BCH on the same compound, same month, one test each in c/semaglutide · 69 points · 1 year ago

Cosigning. The slow route gets the outcome, the fast route gets you the side effects.

week 95 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder

comment on is it normal to get early fullness at week 20 in c/labresults · 156 points · 1 year ago

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on [Question] perimenopause — what am I missing here in c/glp1women · 12 points · 1 year ago

Week 5 for me and the honest summary is: 43kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Did anything else change in the same window? Sleep, protein, steps, anything?

This result fits the template perfectly.

Adding to this: Medutest is doing more work than the comment implies.

week 87 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder

testing the vendor claim versus testing your actual vial are two different posts

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

Stalled at 1.7mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 56. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

comment on nobody warned me about constipation and I would have liked the warning in c/semaglutide · 180 points · 1 year ago

Hard agree. Week 39 me needed this. Week 82 me is nodding smugly.

the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to

Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

comment on 7 months in and fertility is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1women · 4 points · 1 year ago

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
