7 months in and fertility is still the thing I get wrong
contraception. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.
Everything else people worry about in c/glp1muscle is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort contraception out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 20 months. My eGFR was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Came off after 50 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Not to be pedantic but PCOS and insulin resistance are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

This is correct. PCOS is real.
The sulphur burps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
