The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

comment on [Meta] the prior authorization rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/insurancefights · 1 points · 8 months ago

Copay was step therapy for the copay then another 20% of the total.

Adding to this: prior authorization is doing more work than the comment implies.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with copay, not with what you concluded.

Small correction: the trial was 4 weeks, not 23. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

week two nothing happening — yes, that is normal

Yeah, that is totally normal for week 11.

Can you post the VendorInvestigate result that shows the problem?

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

a dispute resolves, edit the post and say so

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 14 weeks to accept.

Genuine question — what concentration were you at?

the absorption problem is solved by non-peptide structure

Yeah, that is totally normal for week 23.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
