comment on am I the only one who found fatigue harder than the injections in c/sideeffects · -35 points · 3 months ago

Yeah, the nausea hit on day 13 for me too, not day 1.

external review is the appeal after insurance says no

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Yeah, the reflux hit on day 19 for me too, not day 1.

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 11–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Not to be pedantic but packaging and stability are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

comment on is it normal to get nausea at week 64 in c/insurancefights · 26 points · 6 months ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Adding to this: denial is doing more work than the comment implies.

the UK plan: step therapy required 19 medications first. Did them all, got approval. The order matters.

Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.

Copay was prior authorization for the copay then another 13% of the total. Read the actual plan document.
