[PSA] fatigue is not what most of this community thinks it is
Been lurking in c/t2dglp1 for about 5 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 12, 15mg, and fatigue is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 15 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 6.

How many weeks in are you? 21 weeks is noise, 9 weeks is a trend.
Yeah, the reflux hit on day 19 for me too, not day 1.

My sulphur burps was worst at 0.5mg and better at 1.0mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.
the food-noise thing stops around week 3 for most people
Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?
The injection-site soreness passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 24 weeks and it was basically gone.
Yeah, the early fullness hit on day 9 for me too, not day 1.
Yeah, the constipation hit on day 4 for me too, not day 1.
Yeah, the early fullness hit on day 9 for me too, not day 1.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 45 weeks to accept.
week 48 and the reflux is finally getting better
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
Yeah, the constipation hit on day 21 for me too, not day 1.

resting heart rate moved up 10 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 41 is worth checking
the food-noise thing stops around week 17 for most people
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
week 57 and the fatigue is finally getting better
ask your actual doctor, not us
This is correct. The injection-site soreness is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
the food-noise thing stops around week 60 for most people
