Tested 10 batches from Homopeptide over 8 weeks. The consistency is the signal. They claim 98, they deliver 98.

no Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 58 weeks to accept.

Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

the discontinuation arms are the interesting part, not the FLOW endpoints

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Adding to this: VendorInvestigate is doing more work than the comment implies.

Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.

one vendor per post, multi-vendor goes in the monthly thread

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

event rates are more informative than hazard ratios alone

Adding to this: SURMOUNT is doing more work than the comment implies.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

give the trial name, phase, n, and primary endpoint in the body

STEP, SURMOUNT, SURPASS, SELECT, FLOW, TRIUMPH — read the appendix

Reship, credit, or they ghosted you? That matters.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

This order history matches mine almost exactly. Same vendor, same timeframe, same result.

QST three times. First two perfect, third arrived with a gel pack failure. Powder tested 99.2% anyway, so no harm done.

First order from HJ was great, second one had a different batch and tested lower. The vendor retested and credited me. Logged it here.
