week 53 on Mounjaro and the appetite profile is genuinely different from sema

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 96 weeks to accept.

Small correction: the trial was 21 weeks, not 7. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Ireland here. Waited 14 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on non-peptide in c/orforglipron · 18 points · 1 year ago

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

oral non-peptide agonist is non-peptide, no food restrictions

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Did anything else change in the same window?

This matches the trial data. SURMOUNT-1 was 98.3% body weight at 14 weeks.

Not to be pedantic but biopsy and survodutide are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

do not generalise from tirzepatide

the dual agonism hits different and that is why people describe it differently

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

This is correct. Name it precisely.

comment on handling: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/researchpeptides · 8 points · 2 years ago

My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
