The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Week 15 for me and the honest summary is: 48kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

never post a calculation as advice without stating the concentration

This is correct. Variance is the story.
comment on help me understand endpoint, I have read the wiki twice in c/trialwatch · 56 points · 12 months ago
Strongly agree. Phase 2 is investigational, not conclusive.

the concentration on the vial in marker is the most important step

DHL is faster but lane, EMS is slower but cheaper
comment on [Question] Australia — has anyone got a straight answer on secretagogue in c/researchpeptides · 45 points · 1 year ago
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
comment on someone explain bacteriostatic water to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/reconstitution · 61 points · 1 year ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on [Meta] the identity rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/researchpeptides · 6 points · 1 year ago
purity and identity are two questions
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify ranking in c/meta · 10 points · 1 year ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on bacteriostatic water vs units — genuinely asking which matters more in c/reconstitution · 120 points · 1 year ago
Cosigning. The concentration on the vial in marker is load-bearing.
comment on switched from 1.0mg to 2.5mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse in c/researchpeptides · 5 points · 1 year ago
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

comment on three years of SELECT threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/trialwatch · 1 points · 1 year ago
event rates are more informative than hazard ratios alone
comment on help me understand research peptides, I have read the wiki twice in c/researchpeptides · 11 points · 1 year ago
Australia here.
Adding to this: handling is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on [Discussion] the endpoint advice in here is 5 years out of date in c/trialwatch · 102 points · 1 year ago
the discontinuation arms are the interesting part, not the SURPASS endpoints
