anyone else notice co-agonism kicking in around week 5
Been lurking in c/orforglipron for about 9 months and finally have something worth posting. Short version: week 6, 1.0mg, and amylin is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.
Yeah, amylin is doing different work than GLP-1.
