[Meta] proposal — a flair for packaging posts
Genuinely asking, not being difficult.
Everyone in c/glp1aus repeats that stability is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 8 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?
I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.
best — the order this archive was captured in
The gel pack lasted 17 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.
Do you have the logger trace?
lyophilised powder is far more forgiving than reconstituted solution
Peak temperature and how long at that temperature?
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
Strongly agree. Peak temperature is not the whole story.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
Yeah, data logger is the only acceptable proof.
no tracking numbers, no full addresses, no label photos — instant removal
This is correct. Dry powder is way more robust than liquid.
Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 95.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

excursion claims need a logger trace or a photo at unboxing, not "it felt warm"
Logger trace from my shipment: 6 hours at 29°C. Powder tested 98.6% against 98.4% claim. Tolerates more than the box implies.
I am going to push back on this slightly.

stability after excursion is not zero, it is dose-dependent
customs clearance often breaks the cold chain, factor that in

Spain to Spain: 15 days with SWB and 26 days with MKM. Same route, different carriers, variance is real.
