stopped vs regret — genuinely asking which matters more
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: lost money matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 12 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 39 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

Came off after 54 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
