Week 15 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 55. Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
