[Question] how do you actually verify protein

Question Slow Clap ×4 Long Haul ×3

Right, the protein question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 17 data points over 20 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 74, not week 28. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 17–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

This is correct. DEXA is the standard.

Maintenance for 5 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Not to be pedantic but FFMI and sarcopenia are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Adding to this: DEXA is doing more work than the comment implies.

the UK here. Waited 14 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Disagree on that part. 98.0% and 98.1% on the same vial is normal.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
