[Results] perimenopause, 18 months, and why the usual advice failed me

Results

Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.

The claim: cycle matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 2 months without either producing anything.

What would actually settle it is 39 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

Yeah, insulin resistance is under-researched.

This is correct. PCOS is real.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with PCOS, not with what you concluded.

About c/glp1women

The questions the trials under-powered: PCOS and insulin resistance, cycle changes, fertility signal and contraception interactions, perimenopause and menopause weight physiology, and the fact that the pregnancy answer is always "not while trying, talk to your clinician".
