[Meta] the reship rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining

Discussion Long Haul ×8 Well Actually ×1

Week 83 update. 34kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 28.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

This is correct. Variance is the story.

Actual days or estimated?

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

Adding to this: EMS is doing more work than the comment implies.

DHL is faster but packaging, EMS is slower but cheaper

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 83 weeks to accept.

CPC Sweden to Sweden: 5 days with CPC shipping, 3 days with customs. No drama.

Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 4. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

ERP Poland to Poland: 11 days with ERP shipping, 21 days with customs.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
