genuine question about packaging that I am slightly embarrassed to ask
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 0.5mg to 12.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 11 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have constipation I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 85 reads it before doing the same thing.

Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
origin to destination, carrier, transit variance

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 3–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Ireland to Ireland: QST with 3 days is the average, variance is 18
The GGPeps lane used to be 20 days, now averaging 39. Carrier change or route congestion, unclear.
Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.
The SSA lane used to be 21 days, now averaging 25. Carrier change or route congestion, unclear.
JEEP ships from Denmark, arrival is 9 to 6 days on average
Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.
lane reports need origin, destination, carrier, actual transit days
Homopeptide ships from Denmark, arrival is 22 to 25 days on average
transit time variance is the story, not the average
JEEP ships from Spain, arrival is 19 to 25 days on average
Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.
the lane table is community-maintained, packaging changes
