unpopular opinion: DHL is massively overrated
I have had 22 orders now and I keep a table, so here is the honest summary rather than a vibe.
Material has been consistent. Communication has not. Shipping has varied by about 18 days on nominally the same lane, which matters more in summer than in February.
The independent number came back 97.9% against a claimed 94.2%, which I read as agreement rather than a discrepancy — inter-lab variance on this assay is a point or two either way and treating one lab as ground truth is how people end up in pointless arguments with vendors.
Batch number is in the comments. Ask if you want the method.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

transit time variance is the story, not the average
SGN ships from Spain, arrival is 11 to 40 days on average
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
origin to destination, carrier, transit variance
Customs clearance time included?
DHL is faster but EMS, EMS is slower but cheaper
Customs clearance time included?
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 39 weeks to accept.
the community lane table lives here
This is correct. Variance is the story.
the lane table is community-maintained, EMS changes
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.
Strongly agree.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

packaging quality matters on the 6-hour segments
origin to destination, carrier, transit variance
Yeah, the lane data is more useful than single reports.

Australia to Australia: TFC with 5 days is the average, variance is 4
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Actual days or estimated?
Strongly agree. Customs adds unpredictable delay.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 87 weeks to accept.
