week 61 check-in — 7kg down, reflux manageable, one thing confusing me
Week 23 update. 34kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 63.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 16–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 28 weeks to accept.
Reconstituted at 2mL when I meant 19mL. Caught it because the units looked wrong. Write the concentration.
dead space is real and the syringe matters
I am going to push back on this slightly.
Dead space ate 19 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 0.5mg, massive impact at 0.25mg.
