dead space. That is the whole post, but I will justify it. Everything else people worry about in c/intlshipping is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort dead space out first, and almost nobody does. I say this having got it wrong for 4 months.…

Spent 3 weeks confused about concentration math until someone showed me the table. 30mg, 1mL, concentration is 30/1.

Are you using a u-100 or u-40 syringe? That changes everything.
