[Question] Sweden — has anyone got a straight answer on mg/mL

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/orforglipron repeats that reconstitution is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 23 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

30mg vial, 1mL water, concentration is 30/1 — write it on the vial afterwards

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Slight fix: the number was 98.6, not 98.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

This is correct. 1mL versus 4mL is the common mistake.

dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which
