switched from 10mg to 7.5mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 15mg to 7.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 19 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have reflux I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 81 reads it before doing the same thing.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Dead space ate 19 units on a low-volume draw. Tiny impact at 15mg, massive impact at 1.0mg.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 17–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
dead space is real and the syringe matters
Cosigning. The concentration on the vial in marker is load-bearing.
What was the vial size and how much bac water?
15mg vial, 2mL water, concentration is 15/2 — write it on the vial afterwards

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 63 weeks to accept.

Small correction: the trial was 2 weeks, not 31. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
more water means more units for the same dose, which means finer resolution

Adding to this: dead space is doing more work than the comment implies.
Cored the stopper on my 24th draw because I kept using the same entry point. Rotate the puncture site.
