[Discussion] fraud is doing more work than we give it credit for
Quick one. Canada here.
PDF metadata works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.
Specifics: the route I used took 21 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.
Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Batch 12 appeared on QSC, Homopeptide, and QSC claims it is raw material origin. Could be fine, could be reseller. Logged it in the directory.
no doxxing, company registration is fine, individuals are not
This is evidence. The metadata is checkable and it is odd.
This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.
the batch number appearing across three vendors is a red flag

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 10 weeks to accept.
reseller scams versus fraud scams are different accusations
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
Yeah, the batch number across three vendors is a real signal.
Can you post the Medutest result that shows the problem?
This is evidence. The metadata is checkable and it is odd.
The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

Not to be pedantic but fraud and cloned site are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Small correction: the trial was 4 weeks, not 3. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
