Week 28 update. 4kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 80. Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

Same experience. Week 88 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
