why does nobody talk about fatigue
Been lurking in c/t2dglp1 for about 14 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 43, 12.5mg, and fatigue is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 27 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 37.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
Small correction: the trial was 11 weeks, not 18. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
This is correct. The fatigue is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
My muscle cramps was worst at 2.5mg and better at 2.4mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
early fullness at 12.5mg is different from 10mg
Did the early fullness start before or after the dose increase?

Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
