[Question] Sweden — has anyone got a straight answer on fatigue

Question Sourced ×8 Receipts ×1 Long Haul ×3

Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.

Setup: 5mg, week 83, injection-site soreness present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — sulphur burps — and tracked it for 14 weeks.

Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 81 weeks to accept.

Are you on a pen or research vial? The formulation changes the profile.

My sulphur burps was worst at 0.25mg and better at 15mg, which makes no sense but it is real.

early fullness at 7.5mg is different from 5mg

sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 14 weeks and they stopped

Adding to this: constipation is doing more work than the comment implies.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Is that before or after you stabilized your gallbladder?

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize

resting heart rate moved up 23 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

This is correct. The nausea is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

The the food-noise thing was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 12 me did not think I would make it to week 58.

nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 49 is worth checking

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.
