gallbladder — my 3-week log, condensed into one table
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 1.7mg to 0.25mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 2 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have muscle cramps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 60 reads it before doing the same thing.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
week 34 and the fatigue is finally getting better
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
early fullness at 1.7mg is different from 0.25mg
sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 7 weeks and they stopped
Resting heart rate up 19 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
fair enough
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 64 weeks to accept.
