tried interval stretching for 5 weeks. here is what happened.

Regain

Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.

I have been tracking discontinuation against eGFR for 15 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.

Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.

tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

Week 55 for me and the honest summary is: 11kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

How many weeks between the two measurements?

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

This is correct. Discontinuation data is real.

About c/tapering

Stopping on purpose: dose reduction versus interval stretching, what the discontinuation arms of STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-4 actually showed about regain, appetite return timelines, and the people who came off, regained, and went back on without treating it as a failure.
